RHYTHMS OF LIFE - MP3
|Duration||ca. 67 min.|
|Music style||Chill, Instrumental|
The human body is characterized by 3 basic physical rhythms: the breathing, the heartbeat and the pulsation of the fluid of the craniosacral system. In a world full of water, the rhythm of the cranium - the slow and steady pulsation of the brain - is the first rhythm that manifests itself in the embryo even before the heart and lungs are formed. Once the heart and blood are formed, the cranial rhythm is superimposed on the heart rhythm. As soon as the newborn makes the first breath, the breathing rhythm overshadows the first two. These three rhythms of head, heart and respiration determine life. On the CD "Rhythms of Life" we go back the way, so from outside to inside: first about the pulsation of the breath, then about the heartbeat, to finally arrive at the cranial rhythm. The chosen instruments, the tempo, the tuning, the sound and the vibration of this music harmonize each of these systems. Predominantly instrumental.
